Futaba 6008HS Won't Bind To T6EX Transmitter?

Default Futaba 6008HS Won't Bind To T6EX Transmitter?
Anyone know why I cannot get a Futaba 6008HS to bind to a T6EX transmitter?

The red light shows on the RX after holding the binding button in and turning it on but that is all it does, It is not binding with my transmitter, the TX and RX are both Fasst so it should work right?

Turn on the transmitter. Power on the receiver. Then press the link button on the receiver until it links.

Futaba list them as not compatible.
